| Cabin Fever Golf.............................................March 9, 2012 |
In March, everyone needs a break from the winter, so the Hartley Chamber sponsors Cabin Fever Golf. Many businesses in town sponsor a golf hole. Participants go to each business with a score card and prizes are given at the end of the evening for various scores.

| Ag Luncheon..................................................March 12, 2012 |
| Farmers are the mainstay of our economy. So to thank them for their efforts, the Hartley Chamber sponsors an Ag Luncheon at noon during Agriculture Week in March, free to the farmers of the area. |

| Easter Bunny Visit...........................................April 7, 2012 |
| On the Saturday before Easter Sunday, the Hartley Chamber sponsors an Easter Egg Hunt for all children up to the age of 8. Prizes are given away. Also the Easter Bunny makes a visit for photoshots with the children. |

| Boss/Employee Night.......................................April 25, 2012 |
| During Administrative Professionals Week in April, the Hartley Chamber sponsors Boss/Employee Night. Local businesses are encouraged to bring their employees out for a night of food, to thank them for the work they do. |

| City Wide Garage Sales....................................April or May, 2012 |
| Hartley Chamber sponsors the City Wide Garage Sales, usually 1 -2 weeks before Hartley Clean-Up Days. |

| Summer Celebration.........................................August 3-4, 2012 |
| Our local town festivities, called Summer Celebration, is held the first weekend in August. Many activities are held: parade, pedal pull, carnival, bed & tryke races, motorcycle show, car show, talent show, and dance. |

| Fall Chamber Meeting.......................................October 15, 2012 |
| Hartley Chamber members are asked to attend the fall meeting to learn about the fall activites and Winter Celebration activities. Dinner included. |

| Halloween/Fall Promo.......................................October 31, 2012 |
| The Hartley Chamber sponsors a trick-or-treat walk thru the downtown businesses for the children of the community. This is usually held the day before Halloween, or the Friday before if Halloween is on the weekend. This is also a time for the local businesses to display any fall promotions. |

| Holiday Showcase........................................... November 15, 2012 |
| The Hartley Chamber sponsors a local shopping event night right before the holidays. This event showcases local vendors who sell out of their homes, and also includes local businesses who want to be a part of the Showcase. The Hartley Daycare provides food for the evening. |

| Winter Celebration.............................................December 1-2, 2012 |
| This is a busy weekend with Santa's visit to the children, holiday open houses at many local businesses, and a Festival of Trees at the local library. |

| Lighting Contest..................................................December, 2012 |
| The City of Hartley and the Hartley Chamber sponsor a lighting contest in the city. Chamber Bucks are given away for various categories. |

| Annual Meeting...................................................January 21, 2013 |
| The Hartley Chamber's Annual Meeting is held in January. The previous year is reviewed, the programs for the coming year are presented, and voting is held for the new chamber board members for the upcoming year. |
