The Community Agency (TCA) is a combined effort between the Northwest Iowa cities Hartley, Paullina, Primghar, and Sanborn to provide you with hi-tech telecommunications and home town customer service.All four communities are proud of their rmunicipally owned utilities. Municipally owned means local control and the revenues stay in your community for essential benefints and services. TCA is proud to be part of these services and is continually working to meet the cities and citizens goals.
